How do I place a trial order with a jeans factory in China?
Start small: a trial order is 200 pieces per style from ready stock, and you can mix colours and sizes within the style. Send us the style codes, we confirm stock, you pay a 30% deposit by T/T, and in-stock goods are ready to leave 3–5 days after the deposit arrives.

Trial orders start at 200 pcs per style, mixed colours and sizes. Regular orders are 300 pcs per style, or 500 pcs combined across several styles with at least 200 pcs per style. Your own label (OEM) starts at 500 pcs per style.
How does ordering work, step by step?
1) Choose styles from the catalogue and send us the codes on WhatsApp. 2) We confirm stock, colours and sizes and quote the order — quotes stay valid for 15 days. 3) You pay a 30% deposit by T/T to our company account. 4) The 70% balance is due before shipment (EXW) or against a copy of the bill of lading when we deliver to your forwarder. Samples are paid in full up front and deducted from your bulk order.
How long does a trial order take?
Ready stock leaves 3–5 days after your deposit arrives. If a style needs restocking, allow 15–20 days. We confirm the lead time with your quote, before you pay.
