MOQ, shipping and payment
Clear terms for every order size, from a first trial order to your own label. Prices are quoted per order on WhatsApp or email.
Minimum order
Trial order
200 pcs / styleReady-stock styles. Mix colours and sizes freely — an easy first order to test our quality and your market.
Regular order
300 pcs / styleReady-stock styles. Or combine several styles: 500 pcs in total, at least 200 pcs per style.
Your label (OEM)
500 pcs / styleOur styles with your woven label, leather patch and packaging.
Custom development
800–1,000 pcs / styleMade from your sample or with changes to our styles. The sample fee is paid up front and deducted from the bulk order once it reaches the minimum.

Lead times
Counted from the day your deposit arrives.

If a style needs fabric bought in, your order confirmation says so, and the lead time counts from the day the fabric reaches our factory.
Shipping
Price terms
- EXW Yulin — our factory price (default).
- FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen — we deliver to your forwarder's warehouse in China.
- Have your own forwarder? We'll work with them.
Routes
- Sea freight, LCL or full container, to Dubai, Port Klang, Jakarta, Alexandria and other main ports.
- Central Asia by land through Xinjiang border crossings.
- Small orders by air freight or consolidated express.
International freight is paid by the buyer.
Inspect before you pay the balance
Before shipment, check the goods on a video call or send your own third-party inspector. Pay the balance after inspection.
Payment
Bulk orders
T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance.
- FOB: balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
- EXW: balance before the goods leave the factory.
- Production starts and fabric is reserved once the deposit arrives.
Samples
Sample fee and courier paid in full up front. PayPal is fine for small amounts. The sample fee is deducted from your bulk order.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 15 days. Once you confirm the order, the price is locked.
First orders
No credit terms or cash on delivery. Goods and the original bill of lading are released after full payment.
Safe payment
Bulk payments go only to our company bank account, shown on our official Proforma Invoice (PI).
