Questions buyers ask
What is the minimum order?
Trial orders of ready-stock styles start at 200 pcs per style, with mixed colours and sizes. Regular orders: 300 pcs per style, or 500 pcs across several styles. Your own label (OEM) from 500 pcs per style.
Can I mix styles and sizes in one order?
Yes. Trial orders can mix colours and sizes, and you can combine several styles to reach 500 pcs (at least 200 pcs per style).
How soon can you ship?
In-stock orders ship 3–5 days after your deposit arrives. If we need to produce more, or for your own label (OEM), allow 15–20 days; custom styles take 25–30 days. We confirm the lead time with your quote.
How do I pay?
By T/T bank transfer to our company account: a 30% deposit to start production, and the 70% balance before shipment (EXW) or against a copy of the bill of lading (delivery to your forwarder, FCA).
