Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by Xintaihao Casual Wear (XTH Denim), Yulin, Guangxi, China. Contact: [email protected], WhatsApp +86 151 8266 8393.

What we collect

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, approximate country, device type and clicks on buttons such as WhatsApp. It uses cookies and does not tell us your name.

Enquiries: the contact form and order list do not send data to our server. They open WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in; we receive only what you choose to send, such as your name, company, country, phone or email and the styles you are interested in.

In your browser: your order list, recently viewed styles and language choice are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they stay while you browse. You can clear them at any time.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, send quotes, samples and order documents, follow up on orders, and improve the website. We do not sell your data.

Who else processes it

Google (Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp), Zoho (our email) and Cloudflare (website delivery). They process data under their own privacy policies and may store it outside your country.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and order messages are kept as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal and accounting duties. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.
