How does shipping to Egypt and the Middle East work?
Most of our buyers ship through their own freight forwarder. Our default terms are EXW Yulin, or we deliver your goods to your forwarder's warehouse in Guangzhou or Shenzhen (FCA) and pay the trucking there. Your forwarder then handles export customs, port charges and the freight to your country.

You appoint a forwarder; we hand over the goods. Buyers in the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and South America mostly work this way, and we also ship by sea, by land to Central Asia via Xinjiang, and by air or express. Tell us your country and we will confirm the practical route with your quote.
Who handles customs and port charges?
Under FCA delivery to your forwarder, export customs, port charges and international freight are handled by your forwarder and paid by the buyer. Under EXW, everything from our factory gate is yours to arrange. Either way, we prepare the goods and packing to your forwarder's requirements — confirm carton and document needs when you order.
When do my goods leave?
In-stock orders are ready 3–5 days after your deposit; restock and OEM orders take 15–20 days. The 70% balance is due before shipment under EXW, or against a copy of the bill of lading when we deliver to your forwarder.
